One Source Properties and Permitting (OSPP) is a New Hampshire based business that was established in 1998. It began as a firm that specialized in land use and environmental consulting work. The company has since included real estate brokerage and septic system design to the list of services offered. OSPP's Real Estate division is licensed by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission and is insured & bonded.

The septic system services include test pit & perc test evaluation, together with new & replacement septic system design, all prepared by a NH Licensed Septic System Designer. Mr. Fraser is a member of the Granite State Designers and Installers Association and has completed the Presby Environmental, Inc., Enviro-Septic Certification Course held in Whitefield, New Hampshire. 

The principal has been employed as a land manager for several large NH companies over the period of 17 years, including Arthur Whitcomb Inc., Pike Industries, Inc., Emile J. Legere Management Company, and Carroll Concrete. He has been involved in due diligence projects, and the acquisition and divestment of industrial, commercial, and residential properties.

Richard Fraser has extensive statewide experience in permitting industrial/commercial developments and identifying potential properties for such uses.
