The company has since included real estate brokerage to the list of services offered. OSPP’s Real Estate division is licensed by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission and is insured & bonded.
The principal had been employed as a land manager for several large NH companies over the period of 19 years, including Arthur Whitcomb Inc., Pike Industries, Inc., Emile J. Legere Management Company, and Carroll Concrete/Newport Sand & Gravel. He has been involved in due diligence projects, and the acquisition and divestment of industrial, commercial, and residential properties.
Richard Fraser has extensive statewide experience in permitting industrial/commercial developments and identifying potential properties for such uses. Unlike the majority of real estate firms, One Source Properties & Permitting, LLC has the expertise necessary to evaluate land for development, identify land use regulations which might impact the proposed use, develop a strategic action plan, and subsequently use all of this information to prepare necessary application packages.
